  • All our hairpieces, hair extensions and laces can be dyed to different colour levels. Never dye yourself! If you do, it is at your own risk and your guarantee will be void.
  • Lace closures and frontals are made of Swiss or HD material.
    The hair is therefore fragile and can fall out more quickly.
  • Therefore, do not rub, pick or scratch your lace, or do so as little as possible.
  • You can have the hair knots bleached by us for a more natural effect. If you do this yourself, your warranty will be void.
  • If you want to wear the hairpiece glue-less, we recommend a hairpiece with a lace closure.
  • If you want to glue the hairpiece, we recommend a hairpiece with a lace frontal.
  • Making a hairpiece can take 1 to 3 weeks.
  • Our hairpieces consist of 2, 3, 4 or 5 hair bundles and a lace closure or frontal.
  • It is also possible to add extra bundles for an additional charge for more volume.
  • Our hairpieces are available in sizes S, M and L.
  • When purchasing a new hairpiece, there is an elastic band attached, this for more strength. It makes the hairpiece easy to wear.
  • With hair weave with loose sections, we advise to distribute the hair extensions as much as possible over the sections and over the head. This is to prevent too much weight on 1 section.
  • Never leave the hair weave braided or with micro rings in your hair for too long.
    For fine hair we recommend max. 3 to 4 weeks. For thick hair max. 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Our ponytails are made of 1 to 2 bundles of hair. They have hooks and a pull-on system.
  • It is possible to have your hairpiece washed, treated and/or styled by us. If you bring it in the morning, it will be ready for you the next working day.
  • Tie the hair with a satin scarf/bonnet before going to bed.
  • Never go to sleep with wet hair, this can cause tangles for which we are not responsible.
  • All hair treatment prices are starting prices.
    Depending on various aspects, these prices may vary.
  • In the salon we are not liable for your property.
  • We do not style unwashed hair.
  • Please inform us of your allergies before your treatment.
  • If you are going to relax your hair, make sure to let it relax for at least 2 weeks
    has not been washed with shampoo.
  • Unfortunately, we cannot help you if you have lice. Please contact your GP for treatment.
  • If you have had chemical treatments, have your hair treated regularly at the salon to prevent your hair from breaking off.
  • We advise you on which products you can best use. Deviating from this is at your own risk.
  • We do not bleach or dye hair pieces and/or bundles from other suppliers, because we do not know what the result will be and cannot guarantee the quality.
